Technology Evaluation
We assist in the process of selection and examination of a certain technology or technological means. Our experience for more than 15+ years working with different solutions and industries give us the advantage to know from first-hand the benefits and weaknesses of most of the answers in the market.
We make our evaluations during various stages of technology products, from the new adapters to well-mature products.
Using our framework of change management, we also evaluate the maturity and organizational culture to know how well each solution will fit, helping us reduce the risk of the change within the individuals.

Key Benefits
Because we have the experience, as primary users, most of the leading solutions in the market, we know the benefits and weaknesses in the implementation process. Getting a solution is not a plug & play process as most of the sellers advertise. Every time we implement a new solution, we encounter different issues because the software doesn’t match the requirements. The discrepancy is caused by gaps in the first analysis of the demand, also because this needs to change over time and users.
Evaluating the solution we want to buy is the first step in the process. Most issues we experienced in new technology, is going without considering how well it will fit into my company, and how well it will my employees will embrace the technology. We need to know and prepare our organization before we bring the change, and this can only be accomplished by understanding how mature we are in using technology.
The timeframe for the evaluation can take a couple of days to a couple of weeks. And it will depend on how well we know our organization and how well we know what we are looking for. This process can be a waste of time, but in our experience, we see this time as an investment that will reduce our implementation and deployment time by almost half of the timespan.
